Our Belgian chocolates are sourced from some of the most renowned chocolatiers in Belgium, including Chateau Blanc, Gudrun, Ickx, and Cavalier. Their long established methods and traditions of making hand-made finest Belgian chocolates can be tasted in every exquisite mouthful of chocolate.

Every attention to detail is made from sourcing the best ingredients (including selecting the origin and orientation of the cacao plantation), using traditional methods to roast the beans, carefully combining and layering delicate flavours, and presenting each chocolate as its own unique miniature work of art.

Belgian chocolate came to the forefront of finest chocolate making in the 1900's. It is composed of a hard chocolate shell which allowed for smooth fillings and creams inside. It is renowned for its rich taste, soft textures and delicate, yet complicated, flavours.
