Because of the unique manufacturing process there may occasionally be a colour and size variation from the chocolates featured. This is normal. Don't worry as the taste is still exquisite. The product range available in our shops is far larger than that displayed on this website, so if you cannot find what you desire please contact us. Ingredients Please note that all chocolate products featured may contain nuts or nut traces and are not suitable for nut allergy sufferers. Whilst many of our products do not contain wheat or wheat products we cannot guarantee that featured products are gluten free. Our Prices Our prices are in UK Sterling (pounds). They may change from time to time so please ensure that you are viewing an up-to-date (non-cached) version of each page. To help you check, the current UK date and time is shown at the bottom of every page. If you can only access an old copy of our web site then please contact us for assistance. If you use a non-Sterling payment card, your card company will convert the order total to your card currency at a rate, and perhaps with a conversion charge, determined by them. We do not add any charge to use a non-UK card. Shopping Basket This is where we keep a note of what you have selected to buy. Delivery All prices include postage and packaging. For UK addresses we send parcels using either recorded delivery or courier. Please make sure that there is someone to receive the parcel. In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We do of course only sell top quality products that are despatched in pristine condition. If products are not delivered please contact us for details of the tracing procedure. If you have any special delivery instructions please include these on your order. Full valid postcodes are required for each order. We endeavour to despatch orders the same day if received before 12 noon (Monday to Thursday). Pending Status When we receive your order it will be marked as pending, as we reserve the right to decline to accept orders in various cases (including, but not limited to, erroneous pricing or description of products). We will send you an acknowledgement email confirming the details of your order and these terms and conditions (which are only available in English), and giving you information as to how to amend, cancel and track the status of your order. Availability All products are offered subject to availability. We will contact you if an item is out of stock. We do reserve the right to partially despatch an order. Processing Status When we have reviewed and accepted your order we will mark it as processing and confirm this by email. At this point the sale will be made and there will be a legally binding contract. Despatched Status We endeavour to despatch orders the same day if received before 12 noon (Monday to Thursday). Any orders received on Friday will be despatched Monday. This is to ensure your order arrives in prime condition. When we have despatched your order we will confirm this by email. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your products you may cancel your order up to 7 working days after you have received the goods. Please notify us of the cancellation by sending an email to with full details of what you are cancelling. If we have not already despatched the order then you will receive a full refund within 30 days maximum. If we have already despatched your products you must return them to us at your expense in their original packaging and unconsumed (other than is reasonable to establish quality). You will receive a refund of the product cost within 30 days maximum. Incorrect / Sub-standard Goods While we endeavour to fulfil your order accurately, we understand that mistakes can occur. If you receive goods not as described in your Processing (Sale) email, please return them to us. If you do this in a timely fashion we will refund the item plus reasonable delivery costs from you to us. If you do not return the goods in a timely fashion we reserve the right to substitute similar or the same goods or a refund of the item cost. Force Majeure We will not be liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage resulting from delay or failure in carrying out our obligations which is caused wholly or partly by reason of act of god, transportation delay, labour disputes, fire, flood, war, accident, government action, inability to obtain adequate stocks, material, equipment, fuel, power, transportation or any cause beyond our control or beyond the control of that of our agents and employees.
